This enabled the team to maximise value and mitigate risk by: profiling each category, analysing supply markets, and formulating robust multi-year category procurement strategies.

Working with the CEO, CFO and internal procurement team, Staverton created a best in class procurement policy with clearly defined rules of engagement to maximise leverage and control.

To compliment this, a suite of procurement tools were created for employees to use following the conclusion of Staverton’s engagement.
